How to Make a Hand Shadow Elephant

Instructions

1. Roll the fingers together: Practise a small rolling motion until the fingers form a slim, long line for the trunk.
2. Keep the trunk narrow: Avoid a flat or spread hand so the front reads as one flexible trunk.
3. Place the second hand behind: Rest the other hand behind the first to create the elephant's head.
4. Shape the mouth: Hold the first hand with the second so the thumb can suggest the mouth beneath the trunk.
5. Move the trunk: Lift or swing the trunk gently as if the elephant is picking up peanuts.
