How to Make a Hand Shadow Duck

Instructions

1. Lift the eye ridge: Start with one hand flat, then push your index finger upward so it rests on your middle finger and forms a rounded eye bump.
2. Stack the remaining fingers: Curl and layer the other fingers underneath so the duck's head stays compact and smooth.
3. Set the beak line: Tuck your thumb between the upper and lower finger layers so it helps separate the two halves of the mouth.
4. Finish with the tail: Extend your pinky outward at the back to suggest the duck's tail.
5. Animate the beak: Open and close the finger-and-thumb gap in short quacking motions.
